B/Mc Valve Rebuild Kits
One kit covers both the air and electric B/Mc valves — the wet end is the same. Randco part 70-064.

When to rebuild
- Weeping when closed — usually the ball or the diaphragm.
- Slow to close — commonly the spring, or exhaust restriction.
- Will not seal at all — inspect the seat before assuming the kit will fix it.
One kit, both valves
Kit 70-064 fits the pneumatic valve 03-001 and both electric valves, 03-013 (12V) and 03-015 (24V). The wet end is common across all three, so there is no need to specify which valve you are rebuilding when you order.
What the kit does not include
The kit covers the four parts that wear in normal service. It does not include the valve body 03-012, the lid 03-010 or lid clamp 03-004, the coil (03-016 or 03-018), or the strainer 03-017. Those fail from damage or electrical fault rather than wear, and are ordered individually.
Rebuild or replace?
Rebuild when the valve body and seat are sound and the complaint is weeping, slow closing or poor sealing. Replace the valve when the body is cracked, the seat is scored, or the threads are damaged. A new kit fitted into a damaged body will weep again.
While you have it apart
- Inspect the seat before fitting anything new — a damaged seat will defeat a fresh kit
- Check the lid and clamp for distortion
- On air valves, clear the quick exhaust

Individual parts
If only one item has failed, each of the four is available on its own. The kit is usually the better value once two of them are worn, since all four sit in the same assembly and the labour to reach them is identical.
